[su_workflank client=”Commonwealth Credit Union” disciplines=”Video Production Radio Production Original Music Website Design” creationdate=”August 2013″]CCUKY.org[/su_workflank]Creating a new look and feel, as well as developing the new tagline, “We CU Differently” helped raise awareness and give a little insight to what makes Commonwealth Credit Union different among other credit unions and banks alike. This playful yet poignant TV commercial features original copywriting and custom music to really give this spot a unique, one-of-a-kind result, and additionally translated well across all mediums including radio and print.

Oculus was also tasked with creating a new, custom membership portal with extensive information, animated family trees and an interactive eligibility wizard to help potential members in making a decision to join.



LEAP Campaign Branding

Branding the program with the slogan, “Go beyond banking. Leap Forward,” a clean logo, and exciting video materials, LEAP has been steadily gaining customer growth since its launch.





The Last Tower Book Trailer
[su_workflank client=”OxVision International” disciplines=”Video Production Motion Graphics Sound Design” creationdate=”October 2012″]TheLastTower.com[/su_workflank]Oculus Studios was contacted in August of 2012 to consult with OxVision about creating an animated book trailer based on Brian Oxley’s, “The Last Tower.” Teaming up with Producer & Project Manager, Greg Bandy of Asbury University, Illustrators Tim Ladwig & Erik Peterson, and Composers Matt & Dan Oxley, Oculus undertook concentrating the book’s massive premise into a poignant and powerful 6 minute piece.
The only two requests via the client were to use pre-existing artwork that had been drawn for the book, and somehow incorporate a miniature scale model of the ancient tower of Babel. With that, we set up studio time, had the tower shipped in, and started. By developing the trailer as a prequel to the book, we created the trailer as if it were a letter to the main character’s recently passed father. Written alongside production manager and voice talent Greg Bandy, Oculus utilized the world class studio of Saint Claire to record the powerful voiceover for the trailer.

Each drawing was then taken into After Effects, disassembled, and animated to Matt & Dan Oxley’s thundering score. After weeks of hard work, this is the final result of tight collaborations, unique concepts, original writing, illustrations, custom music, animations, and sound design.

This TV commercial and radio spot feature original scripts with the TV commercial utilizing custom 3D motion graphics.

Directed by Clayton Miller, produced by Chad Gundersen and written by Clayton Miller, Chad Gundersen and Chris Vander Kaay, “Redemption” is set for release in 2013.


On-Site Car Sale TV Commercial

PalmAgent Motion Graphics Video
[su_workflank client=”PalmAgent” disciplines=”Motion Graphics” creationdate=”2010″]PalmAgent.com[/su_workflank]With the challenge of trying to create an interesting product demo for a calculator, Oculus set out to try and create a simplistic overview of the overall functionality of the app, as well as it’s advantages over the market standard. Using “kinetic text” and motion graphics, sales staff could use the video to show potential clients the simplicity and accuracy of their software.
